Dr. Alan S. Kellner graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1994. He pursued extensive post-graduate advanced studies at The Advanced Education for General Dentistry Residency in Stonybrook, N.Y. in 1995.

Dr. Kellner is a second generation dentist and a South Florida native. Dr. Kellner was an associate at Centro Dental Associates in Miami, FL., a dental private practice started by his father in 1963. The younger Dr. Kellner has since assumed the records of a retiring dentist in April, 2000 and now runs a busy dental office in West Palm Beach. In 2004, he completely refurbished his brand new office with state-of-the-art equipment featuring Digital X-rays in all treatment rooms & intra-oral camera and diagnostic imaging. We are now able to provide our patients with the most advanced diagnostic and treatment instruments available in dentistry today.
